Return & Refund Policy

If you have set up autopay for your LibNest subscription, you are in control of it at all times and you can stop it yourself, without contacting us.

How to cancel. Sign in to your LibNest account and go to Subscription → Autopay. The Cancel autopay button on that page ends the mandate.

When it takes effect. Cancellation is immediate. Once you cancel, no further amount will ever be debited from your card or UPI account for your LibNest subscription.

What happens to your access. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling autopay does not shorten a subscription you have already been charged for, and it does not delete any of your data. After that date your subscription simply stops renewing, and you are free to pay again at any time as a one-time payment.

Refunds are separate. Cancelling autopay stops future charges. It is not a refund request — amounts already charged are covered by the no-refund policy above.

Autopay is entirely optional. You may continue to renew your subscription with a one-time payment each period instead, and nothing will be debited automatically.
